What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for $15.00 and arrives within 1-2 business days. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
Nostrum accepts returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address. Note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Nostrum account dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nostrum ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all electronics and home appliances purchased from Nostrum come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please keep your digital receipt as proof of purchase for any claims.
